Shipping Policy
Prices displayed for items are inclusive of GST but exclude delivery and shipping charges where applicable. Please see the International Delivery section/chart below for details of our charges to your country /destination.

Australian and International Delivery Charges
All Australian shipping cost will be charged at a flat rate of $10 aud per order. Where several Items are ordered the flat rate of $10 aud still remains.
On International orders the rate/charge of shipment will be displayed of the delivery charges once you have selected your destination or country to ship to.This will be added to your item costs in your cart.
Please be aware that for international deliveries, local import duties may apply.
Our aim is to deliver all orders within the specified times once receipt of payment has been confirmed.
Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or for later deliveries as a result of Carrier actions which are beyond our control. Please contact us at sales@thanewebit.com as soon as possible if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. We will endeavor to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order. You will be refunded once the goods have been returned to us in good order or classified as lost by the Carrier company.
If the products we deliver to you are damaged or we have sent you the incorrect goods or quantity, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at sales@vvvdesigns.com.au Please do not sign for any packages that are damaged or opened.
Returns
VVV Designs will be happy to exchange any items if you have purchased and incorrect size or the item appears faulty, same item costs must apply. Items be returned in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging to the return address (email sales@vvvdesigns.com.au) Upon receipt of the goods as described, VVV will credit the purchaser with the purchase price less any handling charges that may be applicable. VVV will not be responsible for any refund of postage or carriage. We recommend that an insured service is used to ensure safe arrival of the return.
If you have purchased an item within the last 30 days and are not happy with it, please email sales@vvvdesigns.com.au to receive details of how to make a return. You will need to return the item, unused, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition, to the returns address enclosing your order confirmation and quoting the returns number you have been given.
Once the item has been received and checked, your exchange will be processed.
Damaged Goods
We will take great care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition and that they are in good working order. However, if your goods are damaged or faulty, please email sales@vvvdesigns.com.au describing the fault. We will issue you a returns number and instructions on how to return the goods to us.
You will be asked to return the products to us using an instructed courier and to obtain a proof of consignment certificate. You will be responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
We check all products returned to us. We strongly advise that you check the product and instructions carefully before returning it to us.

You will be responsible if you breach these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss caused to us as a result of your misuse.
If any of these Terms and Conditions are unenforceable, it shall not affect the enforce ability of the rest of these Terms and Conditions.
Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
